Compensation and Hours :
- Starting Salary in Colorado (excluding Denver) : $55,527- $74,961
- Monthly Performance Bonus eligible!

What Youll Be Doing :
- Meeting Sales Goals. Be passionate about driving sales and take pride in reaching goals as a team.
- Develop Team Members. Invest in training, developing, and inspiring a famously successful team to uphold Famous Footwears brand image and operational standards.
- Inventory Management. Ensure completion of all inventory management-related activities and leverages inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
- Customer Service. Greet customers warmly creating a welcoming environment and building a rapport with customers to understand their preferences.
Provide personalized assistance throughout the customers shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
Store Presentation. Ensure that the store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit! :
- 3 year s of supervisory or retail management experience or related, preferred
- Passion for creating inspiring experiences for our associates and customers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
